Privacy notice
How TennessAI handles subscriptions, research questions and website analytics. Updated October 30, 2026.
What you submit
The newsletter form collects your email address and your daily brief, feature and weekly digest selections. Subscription records are stored in a separate Tennessee Neon database. A one-way hash of a request address supports rate limiting; the subscription database does not need the raw address.
Ask the desk receives the question you enter. Where grounded AI is enabled, that question and relevant public research records may be sent to xAI to prepare the answer. Do not submit confidential, financial, health or other sensitive personal information in a research question.
Private requests and alert interest
Company suggestions, AI-readiness requests, research or partnership inquiries, and alert-interest forms save the details you choose to submit in a separate private intake table. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, organization, Tennessee locality, service or use-case context, public source URL, selected topic or project, and your consent.
These requests are for manual review. They are not published automatically and do not activate newsletters, monitoring, alert delivery or email. Do not include confidential deal documents, credentials or sensitive financial, health or other personal information. Intake records have no automatic deletion timer; request access, correction or deletion through the contact page.
Hosting and service providers
TennessAI is hosted on Vercel and stores its application records in Neon Postgres. Vercel Web Analytics measures site usage; our analytics integration removes URL query strings before reporting page events. Newsletter delivery, when enabled, uses Resend. These providers process information needed to operate their respective services under their own terms.
Subscription details are used to deliver the coverage you request, maintain preferences, prevent abuse and operate the research desk. We do not sell submitted personal information or use it for third-party advertising targeting.
Retention and your choices
Subscription records have no automatic deletion timer. Records remain while needed for the requested service, preference management, abuse prevention or applicable obligations. Delivery emails include an unsubscribe link when newsletter delivery is active.
You may request access, correction, deletion or an end to subscription use through the contact channel for the Tennessee research desk. Include “TennessAI” and enough subscription context to locate your record. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
