TennessAI is an independent research desk. The tracker is a selected register of documented Tennessee campus and multi-site program records, not a complete census of every facility in the state.

Every material claim retains a named source. Operator announcements establish what an operator announced; they do not establish a completed project, energized utility service, a final permit or realized employment. Government and institutional records are evaluated in their own scope.

Confidence A identifies a claim directly supported by an authoritative primary record. Confidence B identifies a supported record with material scope or status uncertainty. Confidence C identifies a watch item requiring more corroboration. Confidence describes evidence support, not an investment recommendation or a prediction.

A campus and a multi-site investment program are different units. We do not add program totals to campus investments or equate nameplate computing capacity with utility interconnection capacity. Undisclosed power, water, investment or employment values remain undisclosed.

Source publication dates and our review dates are separate. A research edition date does not make an old announcement new. Status is attributed to the cited record and may have changed since that record was published.

Tennessee’s 95 counties and their municipalities retain their own local context. A regional label is a navigation aid, not proof of a specific jurisdiction’s permit or tax treatment.
